Welcome!
UVa-Wise provides Web access to course materials as well as online courses through its Blackboard courseware system. Through Blackboard, students can access lecture notes and handouts, turn in assignments, take quizzes, participate in class discussions, complete group work, and communicate with their instructors and classmates.

- Scheduled Maintenance -
- BlackBoard will be unavailable every Thu and Sat from 1:30am to 3:30am (2 hours) for backups.
- Faculty and students will not be able to log in during this time.
- All users should complete and/or save their work before the maintenance window begins.
- All users should log out of the system before the maintenance begins.
- Failure to log out before the maintenance window begins may result in data loss.
